Return Policy & Exchanges

In the unfortunate and unexpected event that you are dissatisfied with the items purchased on Aculief.com, please contact our Guest Service Representatives at relief@aculief.com and request a return. We currently do not provide return labels and returns must be sent back to us for a full refund. Returns are to be paid by the customer. A Customer Service Representative will reply with instructions to ensure your return is handled as quickly as possible. You may return an item purchased from Aculief.com within sixty (60) days of receipt for a refund. Please state the reason for the return in your email. Thank you for trying Aculief.

Damaged or Defective Products:

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact our Guest Service Representatives at relief@aculief.com. We will accept the damaged item and send you a replacement promptly.
